Windows PE is not intended to be a computer’s primary operating system, but rather to be used as a separate preinstalled environment as an integral part of other delivery and recovery technologies.
This WinPE is made from the ADK for Windows 10. It is compatible with all operating systems because it is based on the latest version (Windows 10), including (Oscdimg folder).
